WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
  • Kim Kardashian shared a pumpkin portrait of Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet that appeared to label them “Kyle Timothy.”
  • Fans immediately noticed both misspellings, with one asking, “Okay but who’s Kyle?”
  • Jenner and Chalamet began dating in 2023 and recently attended producer Ryan Friedkin’s wedding in Saint-Tropez, France.
  • Jenner is preparing for a major acting role in “Bachelorette Weekend,” which she and Kardashian are also expected to executive produce.

A celebrity pumpkin portrait shared by Kim Kardashian delivered an accidental Halloween punchline when the names below Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet were both misspelled. The carving appeared to identify the famous couple instead as “Kyle Timothy.”

As Page Six reported, Kardashian, 45, shared photos and videos from the Night of the Jack: Immersive Halloween Experience in Calabasas, California, on Sunday. The seasonal outing offered a light show, mazes and pumpkins carved with images of notable celebrity couples.

Among the displays was a pumpkin featuring Kardashian’s sister Jenner alongside her boyfriend, Chalamet, 30. Their carved photograph appeared above cursive lettering that bore little resemblance to the names of either celebrity.

Instead of Kylie and Timothée, the text seemed to read “Kyle Timothy.” The mistake misspelled the name of the “Kylie Cosmetics” founder while also replacing the “Marty Supreme” star’s distinctive first name with Timothy.

Kardashian leaned into the spooky atmosphere when sharing the portrait. She paired the image with “Halloween Theme (Opening)” from the 1978 horror film “Halloween,” giving the unusual naming error an appropriately dramatic soundtrack.

The attraction did not limit its celebrity pumpkin displays to Jenner and Chalamet. Additional carvings featured Kardashian alongside Lewis Hamilton, while another showed Kourtney Kardashian with Travis Barker.

Still, it was the Jenner and Chalamet portrait that drew immediate attention online. Social media users quickly noticed that the inscription managed to get both names wrong beneath the carved image of the couple.

One response distilled the confusion into a simple question: “Okay, but who’s Kyle?”

The reaction focused on the especially puzzling version of Jenner’s name, even as Chalamet received an unexpected rewrite of his own.

The pumpkin mishap offered a comic twist in a relationship that Jenner and Chalamet have publicly confirmed. The pair began dating in 2023 and confirmed their romance when they were seen kissing at a Beyoncé concert in September 2023.

More recently, Jenner and Chalamet were spotted together at producer Ryan Friedkin’s wedding in Saint-Tropez, France, according to People. Their appearance came three years after they were first linked and publicly confirmed their relationship.

Jenner, 29, also posted a YouTube vlog in which she tried on several dresses. The selection included a yellow Roberto Cavalli gown that she seemingly wore to the wedding ceremony.

Chalamet chose a much simpler look for the occasion. He wore a black suit with sunglasses, while Jenner’s possible ceremony outfit brought a brighter color to the couple’s wedding attire.

Jenner shares two children with her former partner Travis Scott: Stormi, 8, and Aire, 4. Jenner and Scott had a relationship between 2017 and 2022 before ultimately splitting for good.

The “Kylie Skin” founder recently addressed whether she plans to have children with Chalamet during an episode of her sister Khloé Kardashian’s Hulu show “The Girls.” Jenner said, “The thought of carrying another baby right now feels insane.”

At the same time, Jenner is preparing to expand her work into acting. She recently revealed that she will make her first major acting debut in the thriller drama series “Bachelorette Weekend,” which remains a working title.

Jenner will have a large acting role in the series and will also serve as an executive producer, according to Deadline. Kardashian is attached to the same project and is expected to be an executive producer as well.
